Yes, Yes, and Yes! One of our largest goals is to have each student have an adult who is crazy about them and knows them by name. In order for us to do that we are always needing more people. We have 5 levels of staff so that no matter how much time you have you can get involved and make a difference in students lives. Level 5 are those staff who pray for us. Level 4 are staff who are helping at specific events. Level 3 staff are those who are helping at our Sunday Morning Service, The Block. Level 2 are staff who are small group leaders, helping with our Wednesday Night Warehouse. Level 1 staff are those who are on our leadership team helping plan events or overseeing ministry teams. We never want money to be the thing stopping students from going on a trip or to an event! We have scholarships available and if we don't we will find them! Please contact Terrence if you need anything to get your son or daughter to an event.

Church Background:
Terrence was born in Los Angeles, but he grew up in El Sobrante. He was raised in the church and accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 7. He helped with youth ministry and youth ministry at the 2 churches that he attended prior to attending Bay Hills. He began attending Bay Hills 5 years ago when he was asked to lead worship for a week while the Worship Pastor was out of town. He fell in love with the church and the members and has been here ever since.

Family:
Terrence married his high school crush on 02/02/02. The have a female Bijon Frise named "Jeff", and they also have an African Grey parrot named "Bili."

Education:
Terrence is currently finishing his business degree.
